SPRING & AUTUMN IN TRENTINO_2025

Some people wait for the summer to put on their backpack and walk until sunset, but we’ll let you in on a secret: the real magic blooms when no one expects it. Spring and autumn are the seasons that speak softly, but with intense words. They are the times of the year when colors explode, scents become more vivid, and every experience has a special flavor.

SPRING - the gentle awakening of nature

When the snow starts to melt and the air smells of wet grass, the Val di Sole awakens slowly… but in style! The meadows are dotted with flowers, the forests start to breathe again, and the villages begin to host events dedicated to culture, music, and, of course, good food.

April 2nd - May 28th (every Wednesday) THE CASERADA, Peio. Have you ever seen how butter is made? The Casanova family will welcome you and tell you all about life on their small farm. You will learn how to work with milk, how to use the churn, and by the end of the experience, you’ll know how to recognize good mountain butter! You’ll also enjoy a tasting of cheeses and cold cuts. April 30th - May 28nd (every Wednesday) TOUR AND WORKSHOP AT THE VAL DI SOLE HERITAGE MUSEUM, Malè. Discover the extraordinary multimedia section dedicated to Giacomo Bresadola, the “priest of mushrooms” and pioneer of modern mycology. May 31st - June 1st ARCADIA STREET FESTIVAL DI SOLE, Caldes. A magical weekend in Caldes, in the heart of Val di Sole, with street performers, music, circus acts, and unique flavors. September 6th - 22nd CHEESE FESTIVAL DI SOLE, Val di Sole. September 26th - 28th TRENTODOC FESTIVAL, Trento. From the heart of Trento to the vineyards of Trentino, the TrentoDoc Festival returns with its third edition: an effervescent weekend to experience, with tastings, music, meetings, and surprises. On stage, all the finesse and elegance of Trentodoc, the symbol of Trentino’s sparkling excellence. October 12th - 13th POMARIA, Denno. The festival celebrating apples and the traditions of the Val di Non returns! This year, Denno will host the unmissable event where you can pick apples directly from the trees, take part in culinary workshops to discover the secrets of traditional dishes, and taste delicacies like canederli and tortéi de patate.
