Our valley is also known as Val di Sole Bike Land and you can easily understand why! Here is like heaven for all kind of bikers, for those who are experienced and love to explore, but also for those who love to take a slow ride.
We have over 1000 km of MTB trials, 100 km of cycle lanes and a 3 bike parks.
In Val di Sole you can find Italy's biggest bike area, that expands all the way up from Brenta Dolomites (UNESCO heritage) and Adamello and Presanella glaciers to Garda Lake. We give you some numbers to make you understand how much fun you will have with your bike:
- 4000 mt of downhill difference in height
- 40 Tour cross country and marathon
- 1000 km for the MTB
- 3 cycle paths for over 100 km
- 3 adrenalinic bike parks
- 13 trails enduro all-mountain

Get ready, we already know that you won't want to leave Trentino anymore. You just need 2 wheels and a lot of will to have fun. MONROC is right in the middle of all this, at the feet of the tracks that every year host the Downhill, 4cross and Cross Country world cup races. Literally a stone's throw from the Daolasa cable lift that takes you to the starting point of the Bike Park with its 3 tracks, including the dreaded Black Snake, which is cross and delight of all riders.
How to move in the Bike Land.
Well, MONROC is in a strategic point, perfect for your transfers. Just outside the door you will find the cable lift that takes you to 2050 mt, where you can find the starting point of many enduro tracks. 50 mt far from MONROC, you wil find the Val di Sole cycle lane, 40 km between green fields and fairy-tale landscapes. We know that you are not afraid of distances! If you want to reach further areas, the Hub Daolasa is right in front of Monroc! All the bike buses and the Dolomiti Express set off from there. A bike holiday in Val di Sole is also affordable, because all these services are included in the Val di Sole Opportunity Card that you will receive upon your arrival.
Are you coming with your crew? Friends or colleagues? Wow, you will have a lot of fun and you will free your mind. The Bike shuttles can carry up to 60 bikes and link Val di Sole to all the territories from Garda Lake to Passo Tonale.

Really a lot of fun! We love MTB too and we've ridden on Trentino's and Val di Sole's best peaks. How? That's easy, thanks to the 14 cable lifts that allow you to carry your bike with a single bike pass. With this pass, the riders can easily move and enjoy all the opportunities.
And if you love MTB but you don't want to get tired, you can rent an e-bike. You will obviously get a special discount at the Centro Bike Val di Sole (right outside our door).
