AUTUMN EVENTS IN TRENTINO_2024

How beautiful autumn is! Days warmed by the gentle sun, with nothing to envy of summer, and trees starting to turn shades of red, orange, and gold, giving the impression of living in a sunset.

In the vineyards, the grape harvest is in full swing, and in the orchards, the apple picking season begins. Small towns and villages come alive with food and wine events and festivals, where the stars of the show are seasonal products: apples, chestnuts, and grapes.

September 20th-22nd: TRENTODOC FESTIVAL, Trento. The event dedicated to the Mountain Bubbles returns. The historic buildings of Trento and the wineries of Trentino will host tastings, cooking shows, thematic talks, and meetings that blend art, culture, design, literature, and, of course, food and wine: 3 days to discover, taste, toast, and make friends with mountain bubbles. There are also various activities in nature and among the vineyards where the producers' wineries are located. Over sixty wineries will open their doors to the public during the weekend to showcase their products and tell their stories; many will also offer special activities and events such as readings, concerts, food pairings, and exhibitions to make the immersive experience in the area even more rewarding. You can visit the wineries on your own or join the organized tours for the festival. HERE'S THE FULL FESTIVAL PROGRAM.

September 21st-22nd: LATTE IN FESTA, Val di Rabbi. A now-traditional event marking the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. As the name suggests, milk is the star of the show, pure and transformed with ancient wisdom and respect in various ways. Through milk, discover a rural world from the past, natural and delicious. HERE'S THE FULL PROGRAM.

September 28th-29th: SAN MICHELE FAIR, Fucine di Ossana. The village of Fucine, a hamlet of the municipality of Ossana, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy," will host a series of initiatives dedicated to craftsmanship, one of the sectors that best represents and tells the story of the Val di Sole. HERE'S THE FULL PROGRAM.

October 5th: MUSICA RESINA, Val di Rabbi, Parco Sonoro Fruscìo. Wooden bells, giant carillons connected to trees, drums made from tree trunks, giant trumpets, a grand piano embedded in the trunk of a conifer 10 meters high, and a circular steel amphitheater reminiscent of a water mirror—these are the seven sound installations present at Fruscìo. Musica Resina is an event where, through special musical performances, the artists will immerse you completely in nature and the vibrations it emanates. HERE'S THE FULL PROGRAM.

October 3rd-6th: THE NATURE OF VAL DI SOLE AND ITS ELEMENTS, Terzolas. The identity of the mountains through bees, honey, dairy products, the forest, and water. HERE'S THE FULL PROGRAM.

October 12th-13th: POMARIA. The great festival dedicated to apple harvesting and the culinary delights of Val di Non will be celebrated this year in Livo. A festival surrounded by the warm colors of autumn where visitors can discover the entire Val di Non, its art, and its history. HERE'S THE FULL PROGRAM.
